Refund and Returns Policy

Please Note: Through the type of technology utilized by QR Connecter, initial setup and subsequent redirection requests may take up to 48 hours to complete due to internet DNS propagation principles. QR Connecter does not assume responsibility for any lost income, revenue, contacts, or business if the QR Connecter or redirection request was received 48 hours or less from the submission date and first notification of an issue with the QR Connecter or redirection method employed.


You are eligible for a refund if your QR Connecter has not been issued or sent to you. Once the QR Connecter has been issued, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Your QR Connecter may be canceled or removed at your request at any time for the following reasons:

  • Use of the QR Connecter is used to promote or incite illegal, abusive, or illicit behavior; QR Connecter and Total Solutions AZ Holdings LLC has a zero -tolerance policy against violence against anyone based on their race, religion, sexual orientation or status, or affiliation with groups known for championing social justice causes. Products found to be in violation of this policy will be immediately canceled and will NOT be eligible for refund.
  • Use of the QR Connecter is shown to have ties with or portrays an association of Total Solutions AZ Holdings LLC (and it's subsidiary companies) with other companies, corporations, organizations, foundations, or other groups, organized or otherwise, with which it is not in an active working relationship with.
  • Your request to remove/cancel/suspend your QR Connecter.
  • Law enforcement requests that may relate to your QR Connecter pending investigation and resolution.

QR Connecter is not responsible for the views expressed through content hosted on sites being redirected via QR Connecter or their products. Content of end destination websites, social media links, and other unspecified content is the sole responsibility of the QR Connecter client. QR Connecter does not condone the illegal use of content in any form in any unauthorized fashion.

In the event of a dispute, your digital card and QR code will be placed on hold pending resolution of your dispute.


Business Card Update Policy

Once agreed upon and delivery of your QR code is completed based on the date sent from an official company email address, your one-year period begins on that date. From that date and for the following 12 rolling month period thereafter, the user is entitled to six (6) updates at no charge.

Changes exceeding the six (6) changes allowed will be charged a rate of $20/change. In lieu of that fee, the user can opt to purchase a new QR code for the new information for an additional user profile.
